Marttinen Security Operations

The Marttinen Youth Center serves mainly young people, and their mental, physical, and social safety is the highest priority in the continuity of operations. Marttinen's youth work is based on the Youth Act (72/2006) and is supported by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

The center aims to prevent accidents and harmful events affecting youth through risk analyses and safety plans, especially for high-risk educational and program activities.

Marttinen has a security and rescue plan in accordance with national regulations. The center focuses on ensuring the protection of both youth and cultural heritage, including preserving valuable historical buildings and the surrounding environment.

In addition to these instructions, an information session is held upon the group’s arrival, where safety-related matters are addressed.
